The children of Cottage 2, 'Broadfield Home' in the company of Mrs Clelland
The children sailed for Canada on May 20th 1886 in a party of 92 girls and 21 little boys, including 9 girls and 3 boys from Edinburgh and 9 girls from Maryhill. They sailed on the SS Buenos Ayrean in the charge of Miss Agnes Bilborough.
