Parole Refused

Where parole is refused or the prisoner has self rejected from the process the prisoner will be released on a Non-Parole licence. There will be an ICM pre-release Case Conference prior to release on a Non Parole License. Should more than 16 months of sentence remain there will be an opportunity for a further parole review.
