A. You are working with a 56-year old woman who has recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. She has been told she will be banned from driving and is so stressed by the diagnosis that she cannot recollect what the medical staff told her about whether she will lose her licence, when she will get it back, or whether there might be help towards travel costs.

C. You are assigned to work with Daniel, a 12-year old young carer, who is faced with some day-to-day challenges. His daily life involves caring for his little brother, as well as his mother who has physical disabilities and depression. Daniel also has to deal with bullying at school, trying to keep up with the housework and managing his academic and recreational school activities.
