An interactive guide through the youth justice system for children and young people
Journey Through Justice was developed by CYCJ in partnership with Iriss to assist children and young people in understanding the journey through the youth justice system following being charged with an offence by the police.
This guide is a development of a more in-depth resource, The Young Person's Journey, which describes the stages in the youth and criminal justice process for under 18s in Scotland, from suspicion of having committed an offence through to support after completion of sentence, for a professional and academic audience.
