Children's Hearing System (CHS)
If a Children's Reporter requests a report, a Social Worker may visit you at home.
Following this report, a Children's Reporter may arrange a Children's Hearing.
A Children's Hearing is a legal meeting that young people must attend with their families or carers if the Children's Reporter has decided to arrange this.
Several decisions can be made at a Children's Hearing.
For more information, speak to your Named Person, guidance teacher or your local SCRA office.
